Dr. Batul Vahora is Co-Founder and Medical Director of BallDerma. She leads the clinic's clinical care, patient assessment, treatment planning, clinical protocols and clinical standards across BallDerma's aesthetic services.

Her approach begins with understanding each patient's concerns, goals and suitability for treatment. She focuses on personalised treatment planning, clear communication and realistic expectations, helping patients make informed decisions about their care.

As Medical Director, Dr. Batul works closely with the clinical team to maintain consistent treatment protocols and a patient-focused approach throughout the treatment journey.

Kanchan Rathod

At BallDerma, Kanchan leads clinic operations, patient experience and service standards. She works closely with the team to keep appointments, coordination and follow-up organised, while helping create a comfortable and consistent experience for patients throughout their time with the clinic.

She also leads business growth initiatives, local partnerships and operational planning, supporting BallDerma's continued development and growth.
